Recommended use

Chew 1 serving (3 chewable tablets) and take 1 to 2 times daily. On training days, take 1 serving (3 chewable tablets) in the morning and 1 serving (3 chewable tablets) after training. For best results, chew thoroughly before swallowing. Maintain adequate fluid balance during use. Read entire label before use and follow directions provided.
